On March 18, 2017, I arrived at the Toyota Center of Tolyatti, picked up a Toyota Corolla car for myself, made an advance payment and asked me to pre-sale the car, install additional equipment on it (two alarms: one with auto start, the second with a mechanical lock; in addition, a radiator grill and crankcase protection). I agreed that the employees will prepare all the documents and the car. Then I arrived on March 25, 2017, signed the documents, made the final payment for the car, made a visual inspection, picked up the car and left satisfied with my purchase. But my joy did not last long. The car was used very little, as a result of which, I did not immediately reveal the fact that the car was handed over to me in an inappropriate condition. The car was serviced only by an authorized Toyota dealer. In the first half of August 2017, the plastic overlay of the music panel in the upper left corner cracked slightly to the right. Having found it, I was very upset, I immediately called the Toyota Center Samara North dealership, and not in Tolyatti, because. I live in Samara, where I was offered to undergo diagnostics. Recorded on 08/15/2017. By phone, I asked the specialist a question about what could have caused the panel to crack, to which he answered me that it could have occurred as a result of mechanical stress. By the end of the day, the crack went further: the panel cracked in two places in the upper left corner and in the lower left corner. Having driven the car for diagnostics, the employee visually inspected the car, did not find any mechanical damage on the outside, took it for diagnostics. Then I was invited by Toyota Center Samara Sever specialists and showed that the panel on the inside was sealed with glue, the clip was broken off. We took photos with them. They explained to me that this panel could be broken to me only as a result of installing additional equipment (alarm) in the car, which was installed for me at the official dealer of Toyota Tolyatti (on Voskresenskaya street, 16), where I bought my car, in no other centers the car was not serviced, I did not install any other additional equipment. I paid 1,300 rubles for diagnostics and immediately called the Toyota-Togliatti dealership. I explained everything to the specialists by phone, sent them photos. I was told that the car needs to be brought to Tolyatti for diagnostics, which I did on 08/16/2017. A Toyota-Togliatti employee drove the car for diagnostics, while reversing, he almost hit my car and the Toyota Camry car that was parked there. Diagnostics took place in our presence, Toyota-Togliatti specialists confirmed that the music panel on the inside was sealed with glue, the clip was broken off. They said that they only keep the video recording for 3 months and in a conversation they said that it happens that they glue panels and do many other things, but customers are unlikely to find out about this! They began to offer to install additional equipment with them, and only then they will replace the panel with a new one at the expense of own funds and strength! I WRITTEN AN APPLICATION to the client department WITH THE HOPE that THEY HAVE DECENT EMPLOYEES, BUT I WAS WRONG!!! Employees of Toyota-Togliatti, installing additional equipment for me (alarm systems - 2 pieces), damaged a new music panel during installation, sealed it from the inside. They made a pre-sale preparation of the car, knowing that the parts of the car were broken, handed it over to me already in a faulty condition according to the acceptance certificate, thereby hiding the fact of a breakdown, which was impossible to detect during a visual inspection, because. There was no obvious damage from the outside. The panel was damaged only on the inside, where they glued it, and then installed it on my car. As a result of the rare operation of the car, a breakdown was detected when the car ran at 1312 km. If the car had been used more often, the panel would have cracked in the first month of operation! Today, on August 24, 2017, a customer service employee called and announced on the phone that I was refused to eliminate this damage, namely, replacing the panel with a new one at the expense of the Toyota Togliatti center's own resources and resources. For an official response to hard copy I will go to Tolyatti on 08/26/17, because I live in Samara. Today I called the Russian hotline and explained the whole situation to them. They promised to help me figure it out. I hope for the Customer Service of Russia and Toyota Motor. In case of refusal, I will do an independent examination, and go to court. And in no case will I recommend the Toyota-Togliatti Dealership Center to all potential buyers and owners of TOYOTA cars.
