The thing is that our profession is often visited by people who have barely completed accounting courses and studied an accounting computer program, who take on the duties of a chief accountant.
After working for a year or two in one company, they undertake to keep records in the second, third. As a result, such accountants fill up the work. To avoid this, business leaders need to remember that candidates for the position of chief accountant must have a full-fledged higher education in accounting, having at least 5 years of experience as an accountant.
