5. Enter the TIN and correspondent account number.
6. Confirm the information.

Since we are a Russian LLC, we are not a resident of the United States and do not have any assets in the United States, click “No” in two questions and go directly to the form itself.
- Individual or Organization Name - this information is recorded automatically from the data of your D.U.N.S. – transliteration of the name of your LLC (the transliteration may differ from the English name of your company, if you have one, of course. - Type of Beneficial Owner. I put Corporation. There is a lot of discussion about the correspondence between Russian forms of organizations and English-language ones. But in fact, Apple is deeply indifferent to what you put here, the main thing is that it is not a state corporation.
- Permanent Residence. Legal address your company. It is also filled in automatically.
- I set the same address for mail, check the box “Coincide with legal address.”
