Data exchange between the 1C ZUP 8.3 program and Accounting 8.3 is necessary to reflect transactions for settlements with employees in accounting. With a small number of employees, personnel records and payroll calculations can be carried out in accounting program 1C 8.3 Accounting. Step 1. Set up synchronization in 1C ZUP 3.1

Go to 1C ZUP 8.3 in the “Administration” section (1) and click on the “Data synchronization” link (2). A window for setting up the exchange will open.

In the window that opens, check the box next to “Data synchronization” (3) and click on the “Data synchronization settings” link (4). The settings window will open.

In the window that opens, click the “Set up data synchronization” button (5) and click on the link “Enterprise accounting, edition 3...” (6). A window will open to continue the setup.

In the new window, select “Specify settings manually” (7) and click the “Next” button (8). A window will open for you to fill in the exchange parameters.

In the window that opens, you need to specify some system exchange parameters. First you need to select a connection option in another program. In our example, this is “Direct connection to a program on this computer...” (9). This method is used if the 1C 8.3 Accounting program is located on the same computer or on the same local network with 1C 8.3 ZUP. Next, you need to specify the connection parameters in another program. In our example, there are two possible options:

  1. On this computer or on a computer on the local network
  2. On the 1C:Enterprise server

Next, select “1C:Enterprise Authentication” (13) and enter the user (14) and password (15) that you use to log into 1C 8.3 Accounting. Step 3. Continue setting up synchronization in 1C ZUP 3.1

In the first step we stopped at checking the connection. If everything went well, click the “Next” button (1). A window will open for further synchronization settings.

In the new window you see rules (2) for uploading data from 1C ZUP to 1C Accounting. To change these settings, click on the “Change” link (3). The exchange rules setting will open.

In this window, you can specify the start date of the exchange (4), select organizations for exchange (5). You can also choose the method for generating transactions in 1C 8.3 Accounting:

  • “with details by employee” (6);
  • “summary by employees” (7).

To save the settings, click the “Save and close” button (8). To move on to the next setting, click “Next” (9). A window for further settings will open.

In this window you see the rules (10) for uploading data from 1C Accounting to 1C ZUP. If necessary, you can change them by analogy with the previous setting by clicking on the “Change” link (11). To continue, click the “Next” button (12). A window will open with general information on synchronization settings.

If there are no errors, a window will open with a message about successful data synchronization (15). The program will prompt you to synchronize by default (16). To do this, click the “Next” button (17). A window will open with data matching information.

In the new window you can see directories for which there is unsynchronized data (18). Since you will be synchronizing information from two different information bases - 1C ZUP and 1C Accounting - from the date specified in the settings, it is necessary that certain directories in both databases have the same values. Such reference books include, for example, “ Individuals", "Organizations", "Ways to reflect wages in accounting." In this window you see directories (18) for which the data does not match. The program will automatically create the missing directory elements in both databases. To do this, click the “Next” button (19). The following window will open to synchronize data.

In the window that opens, the program informs you about the composition of the data that will be sent. To view a report that shows a list of this data, click on the link “Composition report...” (20). To complete the exchange, click “Next” (21). The exchange procedure will start, it will take some time.

Once the data exchange is complete, a window will open indicating that synchronization is complete (22). In this window you can configure the so-called “exchange schedule”, i.e. temporary rules according to which data exchange between two databases will automatically take place. To configure these rules, click the “Configure” button (23). The data synchronization script opens.

In the script window, click on the “Set up routine task schedule” icon (24). The exchange schedule setting will open.

In this setting, you can set at your discretion the time interval at which programs should exchange data. For example, in the “Repeat after” field (25) you can set the number of seconds after which the exchange will be repeated. To save the setting, click “OK” (26).

You have successfully configured synchronization between databases and started exchanging data. You can change exchange settings and control the synchronization process in the “Data Synchronization” window. You can enter it through the “Administration” section (27) by clicking on the “Data synchronization” link (28).

Subsystem– a configuration object designed to logically divide an application solution (configuration) into sections. In addition, with the help of subsystems, a visual division of the application solution into functional parts is achieved, for example, maintaining accounting, warehouse operations, administration, etc. Each configuration object can be part of one or several subsystems at once.

  • Increased scalability and fault tolerance of the server cluster, improved load distribution. A new server cluster load balancing architecture has been implemented, which automatically distributes the load between cluster nodes based on the composition of the servers, the fault tolerance criteria specified by the administrator and the current analysis of their available performance. At the same time, it is possible to fine-tune the load on individual cluster nodes. It is possible to more accurately manage the amount of memory consumed by server worker processes, which makes it possible to increase the cluster's resistance to careless user actions.
  • Licensing and external session management services. The licensing service allows you to organize the centralized issuance of software client and server licenses, which greatly simplifies the task of deploying a cluster of servers in a virtual environment and dynamic change resources allocated to the server. The external session management service allows you to inform an external system about the start and end of a session, receiving in response permission or prohibition to start the session, which allows you to limit the number of users connecting to a particular infobase, keep track of the time users use the database, etc. Interaction with an external system is carried out through a web service.
  • Automatic update of the Thin Client via the Internet. This feature will significantly reduce labor costs when updating software for remote users. Previously, automatic updating was only possible when working within a local network.
  • Support for a secure SSL connection and certificates is provided for all Internet protocols and platform mechanisms based on them. For example, Web services and a Thin Client can operate over a secure channel.
  • Restructuring of information bases in the background. New opportunity allows you to minimize system downtime required to update application solutions. If previously it was necessary to stop the work of users for the entire duration of the restructuring of the information base, now the bulk of the changes are carried out in the background, and stopping the work of users is required only at the final short phase of the restructuring. This approach allows you to reduce system downtime not even by times, but by orders of magnitude, thereby increasing the level of system availability, which is especially important for cloud services and large-scale implementations with large databases. Background restructuring can be done incrementally, intermittently, which frees up computing power during periods of peak load on the computer. working system, and start restructuring when the system is not loaded, for example, at night and on weekends.
  • Security Profiles. If a service provider provides access via the Internet to 1C:Enterprise application solutions developed by third-party suppliers, it cannot always control the reliability of such solutions. At the same time, it must ensure uninterrupted operation of the service as a whole and other application solutions provided within the framework of this service. For this purpose, security profiles are implemented in the 1C:Enterprise server cluster version 8.3. They prohibit the application solution from performing actions that are potentially dangerous to the functioning of the server cluster and the entire service, such as:
    • accessing the server file system;
    • launching COM objects, external processing and reports, applications installed on the server;
    • use of external components "1C:Enterprise";
    • access to Internet resources.
  • Platform version 8.3 received a new interface for Taxi applications, more convenient and visual. It implements a number of new approaches to working with application solutions, including:
    • The functions necessary for convenient navigation through the application are implemented in several auxiliary panels: tools, favorites, history, etc.;
    • The developer of an application solution can specify a certain standard composition and arrangement of these panels in accordance with the purpose and features of the application;
    • The user can independently design his own workspace by placing panels in different areas of the screen. For example, you can create a “minimalistic” workplace, leaving only the toolbar on the screen, while all navigation functions within the application solution will remain available using it. Or you can place multiple panels on the screen at once, giving you varied and quick options for accessing different functions of the application.
    • Any section, list, database object, report or processing, as well as command can be added to “favorites” so that you can quickly return to them later if necessary.
  • Among the interface innovations of the new version of the platform we can also note:
    • An option for the interface to work without using modal windows. In this mode, new browser windows do not open, which increases the convenience, performance and stability of work through the web client, and allows you to work with 1C:Enterprise applications through a browser on any mobile devices Oh;
    • simplifying list setup;
    • a new line-by-line input mechanism that significantly speeds up data search.
  • Performance optimization. The improvements affected client workstations, a server cluster, mechanisms for interacting with various DBMSs, and working with memory. To optimize work with the DBMS, the greatest amount of work was carried out for Microsoft SQL Server, including providing support for working with the latest version of Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
  • Improvements to application development tools. The ability to load/unload 1C configurations (structure and data) as a set of files is provided. The XML format is used to store the downloaded data. The possibilities for organizing program code have been expanded by highlighting and grouping arbitrary areas of text in the module editor. The developer can give each area its own name, which makes the program code more readable. The context help has been improved - now it is also displayed when entering parameters of procedures and functions, indicating their types and possible options syntax. Also, the context tooltip automatically recognizes and displays developer comments compiled in accordance with development standards - when typing the name of a procedure or function, extended information is shown on its purpose and use cases, and when typing a parameter, on this specific parameter. To provide developers with a convenient means of quickly contextual searching for information on topics of interest, the syntax assistant has added links to collections of teaching materials on relevant topics, regularly updated on the specialized 1C Internet resource.
  • Automated testing. The new mechanism allows you to perform automated testing of application solutions using algorithms described in the built-in language. Also implemented is the ability to record user interactive actions in a file for subsequent analysis, or to generate an automated test based on them.
  • The functional and visual capabilities of creating reports have been expanded, new presentation capabilities of business diagrams, additional statistical and aggregate functions, such as ABC, have been implemented.
  • Working with external data sources is much closer in functionality and convenience to standard configuration objects. Data from external sources can be placed in temporary tables for use in complex queries, used as part of delimiters in cloud applications, and forms can be programmatically redefined to view them. It is also possible to connect multidimensional data sources, such as Microsoft Analysis Services, Oracle Essbase, IBM InfoSphere Warehouse.
  • Supported special mode compatibility of information bases with previous versions. It allows you to use application solutions developed on the 1C:Enterprise platform versions 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 without additional processing. Compatibility mode also allows you to downgrade platforms from version 8.3 to 8.2 if necessary. In order to use all the features of version 8.3, minor changes will need to be made to solutions created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform of earlier versions.
