During the same period, the Moscow government attempted to recover 203 million rubles from the construction concern. This is the amount of lost profits under the investment contract, which implied construction non-residential premises, which is located on Profsoyuznaya Street. When the claim was considered, the facility was 60 percent completed. Capital officials reported that according to the documents, no phased construction was envisaged. Thus, the city suffers significant losses.

Krost's lawyers said that the downtime was due to the fault of the other party. Allegedly, back in May 2005, the construction concern asked the government to extend the investment contract. But he was refused.

Glavstroy vs. Krost

In 2010, OJSC Mosmontazhspetsstroy (a subsidiary of the Glavstroy corporation, owned by Oleg Deripaska) wanted to declare Krost bankrupt. It filed a corresponding claim with Arbitration court Moscow.
