HELL. This is inspiration, art. First of all, it is a monument to civilization. We created a branded book called “Human Traces.” The answer to this question is: “We know about the past from excavations of ancient cities. Descendants will learn about us by excavating our cities. Future archaeologists will learn about the lives of the people who studied our ruins. The city is almost forever...” I think that the true product is the human environment, and therefore human values are the main criteria for the formation of urban planning space.

As a result, SSK received less than 22 million rubles for construction and installation work. This decision was confirmed by the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region. KBM was unable to pay off all debt obligations and its founders sold the asset management business of Beton 740 CJSC in Voronezh to Ivan Illarionov and Oleg Malyshev. The deal took place in early April 2009. The new business owners acted as guarantors for the repayment of the loan from Promsvyazbank ($7 million) and to the company’s creditors, totaling over 320 million rubles.

Assuming that Ivan Illarionov and Oleg Malyshev intended to collect the debt from Beton 740 CJSC, the management of KROST attempted to forcefully oust the new owners of KBM from the enterprise in order not to pay the bills. On April 21, 2009, KROST imposed a state of siege at the plant, hiring a private security company. At the same time, the management of KROST made statements in the media that they were trying to take away the asset from him.

Destruction of an architectural monument

Residents of the surrounding area even wrote a statement to the Moscow prosecutor's office asking them to punish the culprit. However, the scandal was successfully hushed up. Unsuccessful attempt by the authorities

Three years ago, city officials wanted to get rid of cooperation with Krost. We are talking about investment contracts for the comprehensive reconstruction of neighborhoods. They wanted to terminate the contracts because they allegedly contradicted the law.

During the same period, the Moscow government attempted to recover 203 million rubles from the construction concern. This is the amount of lost profits under the investment contract, which implied construction non-residential premises, which is located on Profsoyuznaya Street. When the claim was considered, the facility was 60 percent completed. Capital officials reported that according to the documents, no phased construction was envisaged. Thus, the city suffers significant losses.

Krost's lawyers said that the downtime was due to the fault of the other party. Allegedly, back in May 2005, the construction concern asked the government to extend the investment contract. But he was refused.

Glavstroy vs. Krost

In 2010, OJSC Mosmontazhspetsstroy (a subsidiary of the Glavstroy corporation, owned by Oleg Deripaska) wanted to declare Krost bankrupt. It filed a corresponding claim with Arbitration court Moscow.

And it was like this. Mosmontazhspetsstroy performed work for a construction concern, totaling about 3.5 million rubles. Krost did not recognize the entire amount (again, the debt was collected through the court). But the court still ordered him to pay two million.

In turn, Alexey Dobashin (co-owner and director of Krost) said that one of the Glavstroy enterprises itself owes the concern more than 5 million rubles. Allegedly, he offered to set off the deal, but was refused.
