90% of all ads are posted by scammers who place non-existent properties and rip off people's money. Divorce scheme: you call on the ad, they tell you that the ad is still relevant and matches the description, then they say that to view it, you must first drive to their office, conclude an agreement and pay money (from 7000₽ to 15000₽ everything is different) and only after that they will show the apartment and select more options, and will work with you until the full settlement, but only now no one is going to show and select, of course, because the contract states that the company provides information Services. Therefore, you are left without money and without an apartment, and the developers of this service do nothing to fix it!!!

I have read negative reviews on this site. For some reason, it seems to me that CIAN is not an agency, as the title says, but more of a kind of extensive database where representatives of different ANs hang out.

Let's start with what can be improved:

  • A lot of similar ads at different prices (the same apartment can be rented at different prices from different NA)
  • Feedback does not work with the site administration at all, no matter how many comments I leave on the site, no matter how much I complain about unscrupulous agents, not a single comment, not a single assessment or any action occurs.
  • It is impossible to find direct owners, all agents. Only once I came across the owner, who persuaded her mother to act as an agent - it turned out that three 100% of the amount - only to them. At what they hid this fact until the last.
  • Agents deliberately downplay the distance to the subway. If in reality it takes 15 minutes to get home from the metro, then they write that 8 minutes. If there is more than 25 minutes, then they write that the availability is 15 minutes. Just from experience, no matter how much I shoot, the accessibility to the metro doubles if you check with the Yandex map or go on foot.

Now for the benefits:

  • It is possible to drive in all the parameters that you need, from the price to the availability of a TV and accessibility to the metro (NOT FACT that there will be a correct distance in minutes).

A bit of my history of working with this site, so as not to be unfounded

  • In 2011 - we shot a three-ruble note on Kantemirovskaya for the first time through this site. The transaction amount on the site is 45+45+20. Distance to the metro on site - 12 minutes. In reality: the hostess, knowing that we were not Russians, raised the amount to 48 thousand during the viewing (okay, we urgently needed it, we agreed), the distance to the metro was 18 minutes on foot. The agent - a pleasant young man did nothing to reason with the hostess in terms of payment, but he made us a bonus himself - he took not 20, but 8 thousand.
  • In 2013 - the children arrived, and the school - on Leninsky Prospekt, I had to look for an apartment, a kopeck piece, preferably not far from the school. We found a cool ad, which indicated the address next to our school, however, the ad was only for Slavs with children. At first, the agent did not agree to work with us at all. Only in the second week of calls he broke down himself and persuaded the owners to look at us. On the site, the time to the metro is 8 minutes, the amount is 40 + 40 + 20. The owners turned out to be very polite, decent Muscovites. In reality, the time to the metro and the amount and photo corresponded.
  • In 2015, the owners sold their apartment, we had to search again through the cyan. Since the child visits the short track at Tekstilshchiki, I had to look there. Time to the subway on the site - 7 minutes, in reality - 12-14 minutes. The hosts are again decent and nice people.

All three times there were three different agents from different NA. And every time we were satisfied with the results of their work. The owners with whom the agents set us up are decent, adequate and hospitable people with whom we keep in touch all the time.
