Both general contractors who withdrew from the race were related to New Quarters, with which, as a result of the audit it was decided to part ways, and from that very moment the project came under the wing of the OZF DEVELOPMENT Company. In February 2018, the receipt of the RVE was again postponed, now until February 11, 2019. So, by the fall of 2018, a nine-story monolithic brick house of 8 sections was supposed to appear on the forest edge, resembling an inverted letter “W” in the projection from above.
