These circumstances slowed down the progress of construction of the Berezovaya Roshcha residential complex (Kudrovo) and forced Polis Group to postpone the commissioning of the facility to 2016. Now the buildings were surrendered one by one:

  • in the first quarter - one house;
  • in the second quarter - two houses;
  • in the third quarter there is also one house.

By the end of last year, the company again failed to deliver anything and again postponed the deadline, now to the first quarter of 2017, but once again they installed one queue.

"Birch Grove" (Kudrovo): why don't they rent it out?
