Service housing can be provided to all contract military personnel, regardless of military rank.

- living quarters in houses with social services for citizens;

Procedure for obtaining subsidies
After a family or single serviceman has received the status of those in need of housing, it is necessary to send an application to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (department housing provision) to receive a subsidy for the purchase or construction of residential premises, or to improve existing living conditions.
