However, construction is still ongoing, and the complex is becoming overgrown with new buildings, infrastructure and, unfortunately, problems. The main one is transport accessibility; alas, there are no changes for the better yet. Second, but no less significant, is the lack of social infrastructure. This problem is being gradually solved, but so far housing construction is being carried out faster than new schools and kindergartens are being put into operation, especially since “Prigorod. Lesnoye” is not the only large residential complex in the area. As for the quality of finished housing, to which complaints periodically arise, we were not able to find any significant shortcomings, everything was within normal limits, and minor problems were a normal and even typical phenomenon for the affordable segment.

Ecology Let us remind you once again that the residential complex is being built far from populated areas, between villages that are small in area and lagging behind in terms of urbanization, so hazardous industries there is no one nearby, and in general there is a problem with production there. But there are plenty of green areas nearby, mostly forests arrays. The only thing that can ruin the environment is the construction itself - it promises to be truly global. Transport and infrastructure The developer shares global plans with the audience - dozens of schools and kindergartens, many shopping, entertainment and sports facilities, hospitals and clinics, a business park, and all this in addition to 140 residential buildings. The question is what will be built first and when will it be completed? construction of the entire infrastructure as a whole. Because until the completion of this construction of the century, the residential complex will be a spontaneous accumulation of housing without infrastructure - in the neighboring villages there is really nothing, and what is there will not be enough even for the first stage. October 2018 “Suburb Lesnoye” is a residential complex relatively close to the town of Vidnoye near Moscow, which we have already described in a previous editorial opinion. Since then, no changes have occurred in the project’s configuration: it still looks more like a “megacity” than a suburb, especially a forest one. However, this powerful residential area is being built quite quickly, without delay, and is being sold just as quickly. There is no shortage of demand for apartments in this residential complex, and the price of apartments and the variety of square footage and layouts play a role here. From positive changes We can note the construction of such long-awaited social infrastructure facilities in a large-scale residential project. Alas, the school and kindergarten are still isolated, we are not talking about “dozens” of social facilities, and this is clearly not enough for the buildings that have already been built. The transport situation is not changing for the better - traffic jams still remain a serious problem for this direction.

February 2016 Residential complex "PrigorodLesnoye" was previously called "Megacity", and this name, frankly speaking, suited it better: the project still does not contain either a forest or a suburb. 13 lines of monolithic buildings ranging from 6 to 17 storeys, which will accommodate about 80 thousand residents - this is truly a real “mega-city”. It’s worth adding to the developer’s plans a large number of infrastructure facilities, including a business park and dozens (!) of schools and kindergartens. This colossal project will be built 6 km from the Moscow Ring Road, in an open field, between two villages. According to the developer's plans, PrigorodLesnoye will become the main one for the new satellite of Moscow. And, obviously, a gravestone for the throughput of the Kashirskoye Highway. It is clear that with such a huge number of houses, apartments and residents, infrastructure and transport issues become extremely important - stories about the good environmental component of this area obviously will not get you off here. And here a lot will depend not only on the Developer, but also on the Government of the Moscow Region. "Samolet" will build municipal schools and kindergartens in the Complex,


build internal roads, expand the two-lane Volodarskoye Highway to four lanes on your own. Well, the authorities must remember the promise to build a four-lane main road as a backup to the Moscow Ring Road and a light metro line running through the Complex from Kashirskoe Highway.

The first phase of construction of the Complex included ten 17-story rectangular and L-shaped buildings with different quantities sections.

For the time being, the question of the construction of parking lots will remain open - there are no underground levels in the buildings of the first and second stages, we are talking about an unknown number of surface parking lots, the design of which is still unknown.

Therefore, a plot of 372 hectares, 7 km from the city of Vidnoye, Moscow Region, was chosen for development. Not too far away, and not too lonely.

Of course, if you are a “rider” on a white horse, you can use the exits to Volodarskoye, Domodedovo and Kashirskoye highways. The distance to the Moscow Ring Road is 4 km. Reviews about it are still few, since the construction of the facility has not yet been completed.

Misailovo village

The Leninsky district of the Moscow region includes such a settlement as the village of Misailovo. It has a small population. Just over three hundred people as of 2005. You can get to the village of Misailovo along the Kashirskoye Highway, driving a little more than 4 km from the Moscow Ring Road on your own or public transport and turning left onto the Volodarskoye Highway. The organization that ordered the construction of “Suburb. Lesnoye”, “Samolet Development”, received positive reviews. In a relatively short time of existence in the construction market, specifically since 2012, the company has already earned a reliable reputation. Not even the company itself, since it was new to this area, but its CEO- Igor Evtushevsky, who is definitely not a beginner. If we talk about the reputation of Samolet Development, it is confirmed by already completed projects. During construction, violation of deadlines is not allowed. Reviews about the new building of the residential complex “Suburban. Lesnoye”, about those apartments that have already been commissioned can be negative only in terms of the quality of their finishing. Bathroom tiles and laminate flooring are not always installed satisfactorily. Those who purchase apartments without finishing have no such complaints.

The developer's reliability rating deserves 8 points on a 10-point scale. The completed large project “Lyubertsy 2015” does not have any serious complaints or delays. Claims, as mentioned above, if they are made, are only in terms of quality interior decoration, that is, to the work of repair teams.
