    • It is written in an accessible form, without using complex professional terminology, which makes it understandable to the common man. This is a very important point, because failure to comply with certain standards due to a lack of information may lead to sanctions from supervisory authorities, because “ignorance is no excuse.”

    Thanks to the technical specifications, the contractor and the customer can outline the boundaries of their responsibilities and capabilities:

    • Develop a sequence plan;

    Structure and how to compose correctly

    After the customer determines the goals and objectives for creating a new structure, device or system, he can safely proceed to drawing up technical specifications. It must contain the required information:

    • Technical parameters of the object, consumer properties and the need for creation;
    • Economic data;
    • The procedure for accepting work and submitting the entire order.

    Note! If custom development will improve the efficiency indicators of the facility, then they need to be agreed with the State Standard of the Russian Federation and obtain permission for use. But here we are not talking about those requirements that relate to the protection of health and nature, and are also responsible for safety - they cannot be changed!

    The structure and composition of the document will be approved based on the type of product being designed. But, in general, the technical specification should contain the following information:

    1. Preparation of the assignment for the design of a capital construction project (hereinafter referred to as the design assignment) is carried out by the developer (technical customer) in accordance with the standard form of assignment for the design of a capital construction project (Appendix No. 1 to this order).

    2. The draft design assignment is subject to agreement with the head of the main manager of federal budget funds in relation to an object of federal property, the main manager of budget funds of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in relation to an object of state property of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or the main manager of funds local budget in relation to a municipal property.

In the case where the original document attached to the design assignment is issued and signed by an authorized government body, local government body or organization on paper, it is allowed to generate an electronic document by scanning directly from the original document (the use of copies is not allowed), which carried out while maintaining the orientation of the original document in a resolution of 300 dpi (1:1 scale) using the following modes:

    a) “black and white” (in the absence of graphic images and (or) color text in the document);

    b) “shades of gray” (if the document contains graphic images other than color graphics);

    c) “color” or “full color rendering mode” (if the document contains color graphics or color text).

    If a paper document consists of two or more sheets, an electronic image of such a paper document is generated in the form of one file.

    Formed electronic document signed by enhanced qualified electronic signature the person preparing the design assignment.

    9. A design assignment containing information constituting a state secret is prepared on paper.
